CAPACITY
The seating capacity of the hall is up to 150 people indoors. A capacity of up to 400 can be accommodated with the incorporation of our outdoor facilities. Other factors such as dance floor or display tables may further limit seating capacity.

NO-SMOKING
The inside of the hall is designed as a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted on the patio.

BILLING
An advance deposit will be required at the time your event is booked and the balance of your bill will be due thirty (30) days prior to your event date. All monies paid are non-refundable if a cancellation of your event occurs. Your deposit is refundable within 10 business days, after your event, contingent upon inspection fo the premises. Any damages, missing items or overage in hours specified, may be deducted from your deposit.

CLEAN-UP/DECORATIONS
Renter is responsible for some clean-up, including but not limited to, the disposal of all garbage including cans, paper products or food, in tied plastic garbage bags and placed in the dumpster provided. The wiping down of all counter tops, tables and kitchen appliances. Decorations are welcomed but decorations and anchors must be completely cleaned up. Other clean-up may apply.

LIQUOR
The Enterprise Community Hall does not provide any alcoholic beverages. You are welcomed to bring your own or hire a licensed provider. The Enterprise Community Hall is not responsible for any injury, accident or lost or stolen property.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Enterprise Community Hall reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All persons on premises are responsible for the care of the hall.
