On-site decorating services include the setting up of guest chairs and tables, cake table, food tables, head table, gift table and guest book table. White linens and/or colored toppers for all tables, skirting for cake and head table, centerpieces for guest tables, decorating head, cake and food tables as well as the arch and/or arbor. Decorating is done according to your color scheme and you chose all supplies used.

Rental items include: white ceremony chairs, linens, food steamers, fountain punch bowl, coffee pot, serving trays, salad bowls, bread baskets, mint & nut dishes, toast glasses, cake knife serving set, white flower pedestals, candleabras, tiki torches, helium tank, decorative items, karoke and electric keyboard.

Special hourly rates are available for celebratory events such as birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, showers and holiday parties.

Special contract rates apply to groups that utilize the hall on weekly basis, and are billed a monthly rate.
